Per fess Azure and Gules a fess crested Or, a cross patonce of the last, over two spears per saltire Argent (Silver Gray) surmounting the cross a Latte Stone of the like.
Crest
That for the regiments and separate battalions of the Guam Army National Guard: From a wreath Or and Azure, a demi-sun of the first bearing a stylized shield Gules, charged with a triton shell Proper, all superimposed by a triple-arched gateway of the Spanish period, also Proper.

Shield
The blue, yellow and red are the colors of the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC). The regiment's primary federal mission is to conduct courses approved and accredited by TRADOC. Blue is representative of constancy, loyalty and truth; all attributes of those who serve in the regiment. Yellow represents honor and wisdom, while red signifies courage, strength and valor. The cross patonce represents the period of Spanish influence, led by Spanish Missionaries. That era influenced much of the culture, values and heritage as we know it today, and are in keeping with the seven Army values that the regiment instills in every Soldier trained. The spears represent the weapons of their ancestors and the warrior spirit. The Latte Stone at the center of the shield was the foundation of the ancestors' ancient houses and represent the strong foundation in the training the Soldiers receive. The fess crested signifies how the ocean affects the island culture.

The crest is that of the Guam Army National Guard.
